Bill O'Reilly's Column

Bill continues to be too “Fair and Balanced” in regard to President Obama in The Leadership Factor.  If today were November the 4th 2008 again and “We the people…” knew then what we now know, our President would be John McCain.

Every political activity in the first eight months of Obama’s administration, with a Democratic Congress, has been fraught with mistakes, negative unintended consequences and lies. Progress toward the destruction of our Democratic Republic is obvious. Too mention a few:

  1. “Cap and Trade” represents legislation that is based on the global warming hoax. If this legislation becomes law, the majority of Americans will be subjected to a debilitating tax (extortion) on their family’s energy consumption. The lower, middle, and upper middle income Americans will pay significantly higher taxes despite Obama’s protestations to the contrary. Hopefully, common sense will prevail and a majority of Senators will kill this onerous tax.
  2. Does the significant increase in the tax on cigarettes only apply to Americans making more than $250,000?
  3. The infamous stimulus bill will not stimulate economic recovery. It will create more Government jobs during a time when jobs supported by taxpayer funds should be systematically eliminated to the greatest extent possible. We need less Federal Government interference in our lives, not more.
  4. President Obama is a master of the language and a fount of deceit. His intent should be obvious by now: grow big government, suppress differing opinion, redistribute wealth, destroy individual initiative and liberty, defer to those supporting world government thus eroding US sovereignty, increase the risk of a future slaughter of Americans by terrorists by insisting that there is no war on terror,…the negatives associated with the Obama Administration are endless.
  5. Obama is anything but “Fair and Balanced”. He promised hope and change and he’s steering the country to the hard left, which is no surprise if one studied his experience and associations prior to November 4, 2008. America is a center right nation. Obama could see this in the polls and town hall meetings if he wasn’t so far left and egotistical.

It’s time for the insightful Bill O’Reilly to emerge once again and “call a spade a spade” (no racism intended).
